As the kids today would say:  "Duh!"  Of course they'd like a zero churn rate.  Wouldn't every subscription service?

However, it appears from looking at older articles over the 10+-year life of satellite radio that XM's churn rates, while fluctuating some, haven't really been substantially different than they are now.  At one point, Sirius' churn rate was up around 3%, but it too dropped down prior to the merger.
