Howie Carr VO guy

How long has Dana Hersey been gone from Howie Carr's voice overs? The 
guy they have now is okay (for central casting, etc. borderline puke, 
etc.) but when he belts out "Who do you love?" it begs the question, Why 
would a guy replacing Dana Hersey even attempt a new or different 
treatment of the same well-worn text?  (Not sure why this one bugs me.)
