Tallest tower?

That has got to be one of the strangest news stories I've ever read.

IIRC, a tower technician died atop the WTEN-TV tower near Albany back in the 
'60s --- a heart attack, possibly brought on by fright from a near-fall. 
That's the only other incident I know of similar to this.   -Doug
