Justin Case?

Under that category of stories you've heard enough times to thing it's 
true but now aren't so sure.... Time for clarity on this.

Was it true that WRKO had the name Justin Case for multiple fill-in 
guys, weekends, etc. back in the music days?

If so, there was said to be a sung jingle or shout (or both) with the 
name, "Justin Case!" Does anyone have a copy of that sound?
