Springfield listener: Radio never warned me
Tue Jun 7 18:02:44 EDT 2011
How can our Moderator be sure that what he quoted from the posting was
even a direct quote from the Globe? If the quoted material is a
violation of the list rules, then please tell us how the material
could have been rephrased so it would not have been a violation.
Absent that guidance, I have to say the material our Moderator quoted
sounds to me like fair use.
