No.

WWRU, 1660, Jersey City, NJ; WTTM, 1680, Lindenwold, NJ. There are 
also a number of applications pending in NY and NJ, and many licensed 
stations in Canada.

Interestingly enough, one licensed station in that part of the band 
has familiar call letters - WBCN, 1660, Charlotte, NC.
