Maine broadcaster Chuck Sanford has passed

Chuck Sanford has passed away at age 86.  When I first started at WGAN in Portland, Chuck was the GM, having worked his way up through the ranks.  He subsequently went on to be a Guy Gannett Broadcasting executive, overseeing among other things, the massive tower projects that GGBS took on the late 80's.
