A quick look at WRCN-FM's site says "JVC Broadcasting". The Wikipedia listing for WHLI lists
Barnstable ( aka "Long Island Broadcasting") as owner. Sometimes I have received WHLI around sunset, then WTAM Cleveland starts to come in.
