WDJM 91.3 FM from Framingham State College is Class
A, with the minimum of 100 watts required for that
class. Its effective reception is "hemmed in" by a
number of co-channel stations (including a strong
pirate in Boston) and first-adjacents on 91.5, and
by powerful second-adjacent WBUR (and its IBOC) on
90.9.
