I believe they actually needed a waiver because there was one 
exception to the non-simultaneous feed:  Don McNeill's Breakfast 
Club, which ran for an hour or more and required simultaneous feeds 
for its duration.

When did ABC discontinue the multiple feeds?  Or do they still have 
them?
