Rush and Sox (and 1200)

Is the Sox backup position to buy time on an FM (not necessarily 98.5) and keep the revenue, with sales handled by the NESN sales staff? The drawback for the Sox (besides having TV people selling radio) is that they have the money from Entercom in the budget and would like not to revise those figures at a likely lower level. Second question is the announcers - are Joe Castiglione and Dave O'Brien employed by Entercom or the team? I think it's Entercom, and would they hold them hostage (like Howie Carr)?
