Given that most are licensed to, have studios in, and antennas
attached to churches, I would expect that most of them would not pay
any rent.

Well, I wouldn't be interested in spinning records in the flesh
either, just providing a distinctive (but still automated) source of
programming.  And honestly, I think running TIC is probably a better
public service for a station of WDJM's size and location than anything
else it might be doing.  (There's also the issue that I can't get WDJM
cleanly at my condo on the east side.)  Maybe if they read some
Portuguese-language newspapers....
