W221CH Work?

OK, if WNNW-AM 800AM is off the air, it can only mean one thing: riggers are up on the 
tower for some reason.  Well, AM 800 IS off the air right now (Thursday afternoon 08/17)
and so it became necessary for me to drive to the tower site to investigate why.  As I
did so, there were two men (could have been a woman or women, but doubtful) working
at the 2/3rd level of the tower, not up where the W221CH elements are.  W221CH was on
the air without interruption.  No more to report other than the fact that Costa-Eagle
has a CP to reorient the antenna due north (zero-degrees).
