Most tower leases are ironclad as to begin and end dates regardless of 
whether a station is actually transmitting or not. There's 890 owners will still 
be paying monthly and 1060 would not be seeing any higher rent due to 890 
being off.  The only thing 890 is saving is electricity and possibly staff 
right now.  I'm sure, in the next month, someone will come along to rent the 
station.
