CDBS says Lowell, with a status date of 10/28/2009.  ("AM Query",
which looks at a different set of records in CDBS, continues to
reflect both the Lowell facility, ASID 73034, and the Lawrence
facility, ASID 44589.)  They filed a "resumption of operations" form
yesterday afternoon.
