...and again, you are missing the point.  Whether or not we can prove it or disprove it is irrelevant.  As long as the agencies and rep firms believe it, and as long as they refuse to believe otherwise, things will remain the way they are.  People have been trying to dissuade them from this belief for years, and it hasn't made a dent.
