Quite interesting article, but one reader's comments are puzzlingly 
vitriolic.  Incredibly outrageous claims about the immigration status of 
90% of the Brazilian community and alleged criminal records of 10% of 
the Brazilian community with no attribution or explanation, whatsoever.  
He claims that Langer is subsidizing or enabling an illegal business 
community.  Somebody must really want to sabotage his efforts.
