It wouldn't be WHDN because I don't believe they
broadcast on analog in this area.
What he got is probably actually analog ch. 24
WFXZ-CA, a low-power (mostly) Spanish station.
Low power TV stations are allowed to continue
broadcasting in analog.

But what I'm getting is an analog signal. Looks like a movie.
