No, it was WXHR that had an affiliation with WQXR.  As did WTAG-FM in 
Worcester.  WBCN originated programming for the Concert Network, 
which included WHCN Hartford, WXCN Providence, WNCN in New York 
(which at some point started doing its own programming), and WMTW-FM, 
Mt. Washington, NH.
