What was the purpose of the 4th tower? When 1290 was allowed to go to 10KW it dramatically improved the old WICE signal into Woonsocket and Cumberland and more importantly put a decent signal into Newport. However the signal was still very weak in the West Bay big money towns south of Warwick. Has this been addressed?
