The answer last time this question made the rounds was "no". From
Quincy, WUMB's protected contour doesn't reach as far north as
Winchester. WHSR apparently died from lack of interest (whether
student or administration I don't recall).
The high-school stations that survive are generally the ones where the
administration has supported it as a student activity or as part of
the academic program.
