analog shutdown maybe delayed

Nice stat in the NY Times today. The FCC will have a special call
center to handle questions and they expect the first few days to get
over a million and a half calls. However the call centers will only be
able to handle 350,000 calls a dau.

I predict the biggest issues that callers will have..

1.  What happened? Nobody told me...

2.  Some of my channels vanished ( have to rescan box )

3.   I got channels 9, 10 and 12 fine beforehand now I can't.

I think #3 will be the biggest headache for all involved.
