Speaking of which, with HD (still!) off, the TOH tone once
again occurs at 00:00 instead of about 00:08!
Likewise with WTIC, as they synced-up their TOH Beethoven
chime to 00:00 *WITH* HD, with it off (still?), the chime
occurs at about 59:52!!
