As has been pointed out, overnights on CNNHN, now HLN, is stuff like Nancy Grace.
I know--they carry it on XM.

It is quite poss. CBS could go the same route they did with Tom Kent and do a
"network" show.

Would they run a syndie talk show, even if greatly tape delayed? Available:

Fox News Radio: John Gibson (but he's moving back to noon), Alan Colmes,
Brian and the Judge, Tom Sullivan, etc.

Westwood One: Dennis Miller, Lars Larson, Jim Bohannon (D. Miller currently on WCRN though)

Several progams from Air America, Nova M, and Jones Radio. 

Then there's ABC Radio, Talk Radio Network, etc. Somehow I don't feel they'll do this though.

"Hey! Let's not renew this Brudnoy guy...we'll put on Tom Snyder instead." (...remember...?)
