As of last night WCAX was still running crawls & PSAs stating that 
they intend to observe the 2/17 analog shutoff.  In Burlington at 
least, it seems like it has to be an "everyone or no one" 
situation...if I'm not mistaken WCAX's digital signal is moving to Ch 22.
