I wouldn't bet that Salem has such a free hand with 1150. Isn't
Salem's deal with Radio Luz a long-term lease? I suppose it could even
be a long-term lease with an option to buy. Of course, the buy option
would be meaningless unless Luz can finance it, and I wouldn't bet on
that at all in this climate.
