Say hello to WBZ-FM

It's a STA (Special Temporary Authority) filing for when they were having
issues with the master antenna in 2005.

And officially WBMX became WBZ-FM on 8/5/09. The HD still shows WBMX-FM,
however the sub-channels are not there right now.
When they move to 104.1, I will kiss the 80's channel goodbye here in East
Providence as WBCN's HD does not come in here at all.
