WMUR TV sponsored job fair spurns comments about "lack of planning"

That explains WBZ Traffic's oblique reference to "an event" causing 
Extremely Congested Traffic for 293 & downtown Manchester.  Apparently, 
the chose not to advertise on WBZ.
