I'm not even sure they could.  Not and keep those call letters.  As I 
understand the current rules, once a station gives up a three-letter 
callsign, it's gone.  Another station could not apply for the three-
letter call, unless the FCC can be persuaded to make an exception to 
its current rules.  Or the rules change.
