The ID requirements for translators are different than they are for 
full-power stations. If the ID is broadcast by the primary station 
relayed by the translator, it only has to run three times per day - 
once between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, once between 11:55 AM and 12:05 PM, 
and once between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Translators may ID silently, hourly using Morse code to frequency 
shift the carrier or amplitude modulate the carrier.
