Uh, the application isn't from "some church in the middle of the country".
It was filed by The Bangor Baptist Church which owns WHCF 88.5 and WHMX
105.7.

And checking real quickly, it looks like it *might* fit.

So what if it hits the air? At least it's semi local and not from
California, FLorida or wherever else.
