Boston AM For Sale?

Since I'm not in the business, until now I was not aware of a website called

http://www.radiostationsforsale.net

until I ran across it on the Northern New England Board of radio-info.com.
It's apparently operated by a radio station brokerage firm here in Massachusetts,
and had oodles of listings for outlets hereabouts...the most interesting of which 
right now is an unnamed Boston AM WITH AN UPGRADE IN PROGRESS.  Hmmm...
that would seemingly apply to WKOX 1200, WRCA 1330 or WUNR 1600.  It 
will be interesting to see how this pans out.
