Our public access channels here.... one of them consists of an old style
text announcements channel with time, temp, background music from the Fm
station in town and the other one is the same

That second channel often gets stuck on one slide for weeks at a time.. the
record? It was stuck on a slide for 2 months with a warning, asking to
update the virus software.
