Ah, yes - Stratovision! It was to be Westinghouse's grand contribution to TV, a way to bypass the AT&T infrastructure. I'm not sure it would be a cost savings over renting regular broadcast lines given fuel and upkeep. And what would have happend if a plane was grounded for bad weather or mechanical issues?
