Obama, a savvy guy, probably knows that his right to privacy had no
protection in the situation, and probably wrote his prayer with the full
understanding that it could end up in the press. That doesn't make it
more or less sincere; it just means that he wouldn't feel free to put
anything sensitive on paper.
If you want maximum privacy, even in talking to God, you have to follow
Howie's Mafia maxim: don't write if you can speak....
