The pictures I've seen (thought I remember seeing one online, but
I can't find it at the moment) shows the TV tower being behind
the building.  If the current tower is considered to be just west
of the building, the TV tower would have been to the south of it.
It fell directly across the building, towards the road, nowhere
near the direction of the current tower.
