One that particularly frosted me was C-SPAN2.  (And no, Brian Lamb,
you can't blame must-carry for that one.)

I'm holding off on buying a new TV until I can get one with CableCARD
support for a reasonable amount of money.  Boxes are evil (and
Comcast's digital box is particularly so).
