Turns out we were BOTH right! The paid programming in question is 
something called "Rocken'it Radio" (http://www.rockenitradio.com/), 
which mixes music and talk for an hour every Sunday night.

Not bad, actually...I might even tune in for the show next week now that 
I know it's there...
