Barry Nolan suing Comcast

Former "Evening" host Barry Nolan has filed a Comcast-ic lawsuit, going after the media giant and its CN8 for
terminating him after "making a scene" at an awards dinner for Bill O'Reilly, and then for insubordination.
Nolan says he has the right to free speech. (But his bosses had ordered him not to go after O'Reilly at the
dinner)
