So, you're telling me, that if I owned a talk radio station and wrote and
recorded my own bumper music, I would have to still pay them fees? Nah, I
don't think so .

I don't think theres any way to get out of not paying any music licensing
fee

Oh yeah, very much lower.. but you still pay the fees.

And you can't argue, "We're all satelitte fed and the music is coming from
the talk network we carry".

I tried that one, personally,  along with a few others
