So, you're telling me, that if I owned a talk radio station and wrote and
recorded my own bumper music, I would have to still pay them fees? Nah, I
don't think so .

Oh yeah, very much lower.. but you still pay the fees.
And you can't argue, "We're all satelitte fed and the music is coming from
the talk network we carry".
