Daytimer sign-offs

And in Connecticut and other parts of Western New England it's fifteen 
minutes after that.  The 4:15 time is Standard Time.  We are still in 
Daylight Savings Time until Sunday morning, so until the time change 
Boston area daytimers (like WILD) have to shut it down at 5:15.
