I think he's going for triple damages. That will enable a cushion in 
settlement so that Imus gets his full boat and his attorney gets to eat 
another day, as well.

CBS blew this one big-time.  Where Imus' star may have been drifting to 
nova, this event has clearly energized the franchise.
