Sometime in 1955 or 1956 at the Museum of Science.  They had a lounge 
with a color TV, with a transparent cabinet, so that the innards were 
visible.   I wasn't very impressed.  The colors weren't very good for 
the most part, and I think they hadn't quite figured out how to do 
studio lighting for color, either.  But the view of the NBC Peacock 
was awesome.
