Wow, now maybe that signal will actually get some
listeners!  I never understood, and still don't
understand why they didn't put Kiss-FM on 96.7, which
is a much more centrally located signal for the
market, and would've actually given that format at
least a chance at surviving.  I can't imagine that
WXZO is doing that well ratingswise (how many FM
talkers, in the big picture, do), and 92.1 is so far
south that its  inaudible anywhere north of Burlington
itself (if its even strong in Burlington), and almost
completely inaudible in Plattsbrugh.  92.1 was not
exactly a frequency tailord to a CHR/Urban format, but
with 50s-60s oldies I cans ee them actually getting
some listeners.
