Stations for sale in Portland

Scott Fybusg's Northeast Radio Watch reports that Citadel must sell WCYI 
(93.9 Lewiston) and WCLZ (98.9 Brunswick) as a result of Citadel's purchase 
of ABC Radio.  (I worked at both stations under former owners.)

Does anyone have any informed speculation of what company might buy the 
stations?

Are Saga and Nassau at the limits for the market?
