WESX on the move?

A recent flurry of activity in applications to the FCC has Principal
Broadcasting trying to move it's transmitter to "1147 Rear Western Avenue in
Lynn" and change it's COL to Saugus.

While I don't understand where the COL change came in, the locations on the
applications seemed to suddenly have changed from Salem to Saugus.

The cost of all of this? A reduction in D/N power to 470 watts from 1KW.

Supposedly some public notices have been made. A thought...if you broadcast
mostly in a foreign language, can you make your public notices in that same
language? ;-)
