Is it time for WTBS to make a comeback on 88.1?

I still have the two $25K check stubs from Ted Turner's "donation" in the
Technology Broadcasting Corporation (formerly WTBS Foundation, Inc.) corporate
files.

In the early 80s I had a business meeting with Ted Turner (for unrelated
reasons... it was CNN/weather related), and offered to sell him my MA license
plate "WTBS."  He declined :)  It now hangs on the wall of my home office.
