Point was made that ASCAP and BMI are hiking their fees significantly.
thus hurting the owner of a "commercial" station that doesn't play
commercials. Another point was made that a non-legal operation such as
Touch FM likely isn't paying ASCAP/BMI fees. A third point was made
that non-comms apparently don't have to pay license fees.
