I disagree slightly with Donna: It was a combination of the "nappy-headed,"
which has a racial connotation, and "'ho," which is a slang for whore and a
racial connotation. If he had not mentioned anything which involved race,
and said "bimbos" or "sluts" or something like that, it wouldn't have been
appropriate, but it wouldn't have had the kinda of reaction that
"nappy-headed hos" had.
