This was a comedy bit I beleve on their "Bob and Ray Two and Only"
album.  Bob was interviewing a candidate who lost,
expecting a conventional, gracious concession speech.
Instead, Ray went into an extended diatribe against
his opponent and the people who voted for him.  This description
doesn't do justice to the hilarity of the skit.
